New Safety Precautions Regarding Customer Engagement

As we continue to monitor Coronavirus developments closely, the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and community is of utmost importance to us.
In order to do our part in limiting the spread the virus we intend to change both our internal operations and how we engage with customers.
Please consider the following safety guidelines our team will follow when engaging with our customers:
1) Account managers will work from home as much as possible. Conference calls and video conferencing will be utilized whenever possible rather than meeting face to face.
2) Account managers will not be allowed to attend in-person meetings with more than 5 people. This includes board meetings, property walk throughs, and other meetings.
3) Crew members and technicians have been asked to avoid contact with residents, tenants, and other people at properties while performing their work.
I hope you understand and will support the limitations we’re placing on in-person engagement.
For over 15 years, On Time Landcare has demonstrated unwavering support to our customers during many difficult weather-based situations. We will continue to deliver uninterrupted service to all our customers in this situation - but we’ll do it safely and without increasing the spread of this dangerous virus.
